Party time in the USA

When you're 3.8 years old, you go to a lot of birthday parties.  The staples of such parties include pizza 99 percent of the time, cake, bouncing  in some fashion about 50 percent of the time, and a lot of memories.
Last weekend, we went to a friend from class' party, Elise. We went to the Great Puppet Theatre.  A puppet play about three kittens.  Pizza. Cake.  A good experience though for Olivia to see that stories can be told in theatre style.  Olivia was glued to her bud Madison. She also made friends with a sister of a classmate, who is autistic.  Liv was very kind and caring to the younger girl.
We learned a few weeks ago that Liv ans little Evelyn Souccar are great friends at Elise Hopper's park party.  Lots of hand holding and hugging. Liv loved helping her play.
Yesterday we had two parties! First a tinker bell princess pizza party at the park for a classmate, then pump it up for the Pastor boys. Luckily we squeezed in a nap!  Liv and Lola knocked out as soon as they got home from the park.  Liv was again glued to Madison, Lola held court on a blanket getting lots of attention with waving and blueberry eating.
tinker bell herself showed up and Olivia loved that. Liv was wearing a Cinderella gown and her high heeled princess shoes. An image  That just melted me was when Tinkerbell was leaving, with her hula hoops, parachute, and other stuff slung all over her as she trudged across the park to her picK-up.  (because what else would a fairy drive ?)  Liv saw she was leaving and she didn't get to say good bye.  Without even caring about telling me, liv spun on her heels, hiked up that gown, and took off full speed yelling" Tinkerbell, Tinkerbell"". She had to run so far,  Tinkerbell didnt notice the little princess in pursuit .  She was almost to her truck, ( probably dying for a cigarette) when liv finally got to her,  as fast as her little high h eels would take her.  Tinkerbell finally noticed and paused then Sorta stuck out a leg for Olivia to hug.  I couldn't hear what was said, b but Liv had a  big grin and came speeding back.  Awesomeness.
By the time we made it Pump it up, I was wiped.  But I still slid down the big one with Olivia twice, With the raspberry to prove it.   Olivia and Evelyn were reunited partners in cuteness too. The consolation is that all of our friends are spending the day just like us.  Smiles. The phases of life.
